Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
