The NFL franchise issued a statement on Wednesday evening confirming they have knowledge of domestic violence allegations circulated in online accounts by a former girlfriend of player Rashee Rice and had been in contact with the NFL.

The woman, who likewise did not name Rice directly, posted a set of images on Instagram that appeared to show signs of physical abuse.
